You'll likely want to include a more detail about what exactly has been done/decided and what you would need for someone to respond meaningfully

It looks like you had a board run in 2017?
I'd send your Gerbers to a PCB fabrication place along with a parts list and they should be able to make up a batch for you.

PCBway, Advanced Circuits, or JLCpcb should be able to do this for you.
