I am working on a system design for logging RFID tags on ultra-marathon runner bibs at aid stations and the finish line and this board seems applicable. I need a mechanical drawing to design the board interface mount. Also, does this board come with a DC power connector attached? I am having difficulty finding a connector that matches the solder pad layout on the board. Do you offer a connector separately?

it does NOT have the battery connection populated. The connector for the battery / power on M6E Nano is an JST-PH 2.0 like : https://www.sparkfun.com/products/9914

As for the mechanical drawing.. maybe Sparkfun still has it somewhere, but it is not a place where I would expect it.Maybe attached will help
